Recycled Materials

 

Our plastic decking is made from 60% recycled coloured plastic and 40% recycled wood. Using recycled materials in this way not only creates a versatile and durable plastic decking board, but it is also a more sustainable product than using 100% virgin wood.

The plastic decking boards are created to look just like wood but without the
splinters, minimum fading and is long lasting. With a 15-year warranty, you can be assured this is a high-quality product with all the appearance of wood but none of the pitfalls. Wooden decks need a lot of maintenance, such as regular staining and painting, none of which is required with our plastic decking. To keep your plastic deck in top condition, just wash it with warm soapy water once a year.

Installing your deck

If you are based in the North Wiltshire or Swindon area, we offer plastic decking installation as part of our landscaping services.

However, if you plan to install your deck yourself, first you will need to clear the area you plan to use, making sure there is a firm base to construct your deck on. Next, you will need to build a composite, or aluminium frame. Measure and fix your plastic decking boards onto this frame, adding bullnose edges and decking trim as required.
